Hydration: Flavor Boost

This task involves trying at least 3 different infused-water combos. The aim is to find some new ways to enjoy drinking water without adding sugar, powders. or other processed ingredients.

Fun Flavor Combos:

Refreshing Citrus


Any combination of lemon, lime, orange, and grapefruit slices.

Cucumber & Mint


Fresh cucumber slices and mint leaves.

Berry Medley


Any mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries.

Watermelon & Basil


Watermelon cubes and a few basil leaves.

Bonus Tip:

For extra fizz, you can also add sparkling water to any of these combinations!

Ginger & Lemon


Fresh ginger slices and lemon wedges.

Peach & Thyme


Fresh peach slices and a few sprigs of thyme.

Pomegranate & Lime


Pomegranate seeds and lime slices.

Kiwi & Strawberry


Sliced kiwi and fresh strawberries.
